We take pride in preparing and shipping your orders from our family ranch in Idaho.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Many orders ship the next business day.

Occasionally, processing may take longer due to travel, vendor events, holidays, or other circumstances. We appreciate your patience!

Custom and made-to-order products require additional time for creating and preparing your order.

Processing times vary depending on the product, materials, and current workload. Estimated completion times will be communicated when your order is placed.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and service selected. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances may occur.

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, if possible.
